Thirty minutes amongst the trees you can notice:
-lower cortisol levels due to the calming energy of the forest
-improve focus and creativitiy; trees know no chaos or stress
-boost your immune system with terpenes such as pinen and limonene chemicals released from the trees
-more connection to yourself as the sounds of the forest help with meditation and mindfulness.
The earth beneath your feet electrically/energetically grounds you and helps to reset your nervous system.
Breath deeply with fresh air to improve your lung capacity. Try triangle breathing: inhale for the count of three, hold for the count of three, exhale for the count of three. Do this several times.
